Eligibility & Program Matching
Empower Case Managers to provide optimal results for job seekers by automatically creating matches to programs and services that they qualify for based on eligibility criteria gathered during the Common Intake process.
Enrollment, Referrals, and Funding
Case Managers can help clients reach their goals by enrolling them in programs and supportive services or creating a referral to a service provider within the client’s profile.
Using our Grant Management module within our Case Management application, organizations can also manage and track funding at federal and local levels.
Skills & Job Matching
Accelerate job seeker re-employment using our Job Matching feature. Our system uses client skills collected during the intake process and include a variety of work-related abilities that may include academic, occupational, vocational, interpersonal and/or communication skills to match job seekers with jobs, and display them on their profile. Job Seekers can also upskill by attending Events and Workshops.
Business Services
Support employer engagement, including helping employers with their partnerships, expansions, hiring, and retaining employees with the Business Services app. We do this by capturing Employer Contacts, Information on Services such as employee recruitment, job fairs, layoff aversions, and Incentives all in one spot.
Reports & Dashboards
